WP6: Decision support system

All models (WP1, 2 and 3) and the integrated geoecohydrological model (WP5) can serve as a Decision Support System (DSS). Such a DSS allows end users to simulate the future floodplain geoecohydrology under changing socio-ecological conditions.

The content and characteristics of the DSS will be developed in close collaboration with the end users and will depend on their needs and expectations. Moreover, different systems of the DSS will be developed varying in complexity, computing power, input data and detail, since the needs and technical skills of the end users can vary. Therefore, WP6 will be done in close collaboration with the end users.
